Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the city and 5–10 business days for other regions. Since furniture items are large, our delivery team may contact you to schedule a suitable delivery time. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at anajairo.ecommerce@gmail.com, with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
